Once again, coming in at the top of the list of the most unbelievable diet fad schemes, holding first place is the Cabbage Soup diet. If you can think back, you have probably heard the cabbage soup diet mentioned quite a few times in your lifetime. It has even been called many different names, but for the sake of our sanity, we will refer to it hence forward, as the cabbage soup diet. Yes, it is exactly what it sounds like — a cabbage soup diet. If you can think of one hundred and one ways to cook cabbage, you will have a fairly good idea as to what the diet itself entails. The cabbage soup diet is one fad diet that lacks much in taste, content, and followers.
