Rigatoni with Sausage and Tomato Cream Sauce

Ingredients

* 1  tablespoon  olive oil
* 1 1/2  pounds  mild or hot Italian sausage, casings removed
* 1  onion, chopped
* 3  cloves garlic, minced
* 1/3  cup  dry white wine
* 1 1/2  cups  canned crushed tomatoes in thick puree (from a 15-ounce can)
* 1/2  teaspoon  salt
* 1/2  teaspoon  fresh-ground black pepper
* 1/4  cup  chopped fresh parsley
* 1  cup  light cream
* 1  pound  rigatoni
* Grated Parmesan, for serving
